One thing I have learned about going zero waste is that it’s more difficult than I realized. Plastic is being used in pretty much everything, whether visibly or not. It takes a lot of research to find zero-waste alternatives and then a lot of trying out to see whether it works for you.

One thing that helps me a lot is the Facebook group I am in. They inspire me to try new things and think outside the box. Without them this would all be a lot harder.

That’s why I decided to document my findings. Like I said, there are a lot of different ways and alternatives and not everything may work for you. So, I’ll break down all that I try (e.g. price-wise, practicality, pros and cons and overall opinion) and hopefully it will give you some insight into zero-waste alternatives. Who knows, I may inspire you to make some small changes too!
